We are actively recruiting for Fulfillment Associates to join our innovative logistics center in Boise, Idaho. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Responsibilities include picking items from inventory using scanners and order lists, packing items securely for shipment, and staging completed orders for dispatch. You will also assist with receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all warehouse safety standards. This role requires physical activity, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are most important.
