As an Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders accurately, packing goods securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to safety and operational excellence is essential. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Process inbound receipts and verify inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.
- Perform tasks involving regular physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
