In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking products from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency are paramount. We foster a strong safety culture, and all associates are required to follow safety guidelines meticulously, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus, but we welcome dedicated individuals eager to learn. You will work closely with a supportive team to meet daily order volume targets and maintain the high standards of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label and stage orders for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Perform frequent lifting of items weighing up to 35 lbs.
