In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by retrieving specified items from our warehouse shelves. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning PPE and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
