We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is key to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to safety are essential. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within the logistics and e-commerce fulfillment sector.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and any potential defects.
- Package items safely and securely for shipment.
- Operate order picking equipment and RF scanners.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the fulfillment center.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear required PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Contribute to team goals and daily performance metrics.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic computer skills for using scanners and inventory systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to a safe working environment.
This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations. Your adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is critical. You will be contributing to the efficiency of our overall logistics and fulfillment strategy.
