We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
This role requires physical stamina and a dedication to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be expected to wear appropriate PPE at all times. We are committed to providing a secure and efficient workplace for all our employees in the logistics sector.
