We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance to ensure all operational goals are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating receiving and dispatching of goods, inventory management, ensuring proper stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
