We are seeking motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that products are handled with care and that orders are dispatched promptly. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting the overall logistics flow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using WMS.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must be able to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- A commitment to workplace Safety and efficiency is paramount.
