In this role, you will be instrumental in our e-commerce fulfillment process, handling orders from initial pick to final dispatch. Responsibilities include accurately locating items, preparing them for shipment, and managing inventory flow within the warehouse. We foster a culture of safety, requiring all team members to utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly adhere to all safety regulations. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous but not essential, as thorough training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse safety.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Properly wear and maintain all issued PPE.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
