We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a high standard of quality and organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
