As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, demanding reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company Safety standards.
- Follow all established Logistics procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize all required PPE diligently for personal and co-worker protection.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced urban environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety protocols.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements.
