Overview
Product Designer at Enterprise League. The Product Designer is responsible for the human experience of using our software. You will work together with the co-founders, the development and the marketing team to realize a shared product vision, and regularly give feedback and critique to each other. Responsibilities
Interaction and visual design. Involve at every stage of design work, help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute a crisp and effective visual design. Experience with mockup and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Framer, Principle, Figma, Invision. User research. Schedule online interviews with users and learn about problems and needs. Pair qualitative methods (e.g., usability tests, contextual inquiry) with quantitative information like product and usage metrics. Prototyping. Create prototypes to communicate designs and validate decisions using tools such as Principle, Framer, or other preferred methods. Partnering with engineers. Work closely with software engineers to realize design ideas; collaborate to prototype and build products. Frontend awareness. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is advantageous to understand possibilities with frontend technologies. You don’t need to be an expert; resources and mentorship are available to learn more. What We Value
An iterative design process: validate ideas early with stakeholders and users, move fast, listen, adapt, and prioritize collaboration. Collaboration and communication: build relationships with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; convey design rationale through mockups, prototypes, and design specs. Thoughtful work: ensure form informs function and usability, considering engineering and business implications. Dedication to the user: design software for small businesses globally; understand users from diverse backgrounds and empower them. Job Details
