Role: Design Manager with an electrical background and experience delivering data centre projects on site. Based from the project team office in Bicester, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of one of the most complex and high-profile projects in our portfolio. Responsibilities
Be at the heart of a technically advanced data centre project, overseeing electrical design coordination and integration from concept through to completion. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors, and client representatives to drive high-quality design outcomes. Influence innovation, sustainability, and constructability through Laing O\'Rourke\'s digital engineering and offsite manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications
A degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline), ideally with Chartered Engineer status. Proven on-site delivery experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments. A strong understanding of design governance, risk management, and change control processes.
