Test Driven Solutions Ltd is a software consultancy based in Newcastle, UK with a hybrid office. We are looking for a mid/senior DevOps Engineer to support clients across private and public sectors. Responsibilities
Work in cross‑functional teams with clients, supporting delivery of initiatives. Contribute to design, development and operations of internal applications. Communicate effectively internally and externally. Promote TDS values and advocate best practices in software development, including XP, agility, DevOps and CI/CD. Grow the company through recruitment efforts. Mentor staff, grow technical and consultancy skills. Participate in internal product and systems development. Qualifications
At least 5 years’ professional experience in a cloud environment using AWS. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible. Experience with a DevOps‑friendly programming language (Python, Go or JavaScript/Node). Understanding of cloud IAM architecture and security implications. Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks such as CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana and Prometheus. Experience with secrets management tooling such as Vault or AWS Secrets Manager. Experience building continuous delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins or TeamCity. Benefits
