Your opportunity
Design build maintain and improve dashboards on PowerBI and Tableau
Improve business efficiency by incorporating AI into dashboards, reports and new systems
Create insightful reports and presentations to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance our BI & MI capabilities and competitive advantage
Perform data and business analysis to gain insight into business functions and provide necessary recommendations to management team technology and operations
Provide market intelligence analysis to sales team to enhance their ability to target appropriate clients
Liaise with the technology teams to expand capabilities, improve efficiencies and ensure data needs are being met
Develop customized and ad hoc reports and analyses based on the needs of the business units and management

Must have skills
Experience within the asset management industry with an emphasis in Business Intelligence / Market Intelligence
Excellent communication skills with experience working with senior executives and development of board quality reporting
High level of initiative analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships internally and externally
Strong team player with the ability to operate and influence at all levels
Extensive experience with industry tools including Power BI Alteryx and Tableau. Familiarity with languages such as SQL. Experience with databases such as Snowflake and Databricks
Presentation storytelling and client relationship management skills to bring complex data problems and visuals to life
A proactive mindset that is capable of thinking outside the box
Nice to have skills
Experience with industry competitive intelligence data sources including Broadridge Financial Clarity & Morningstar
Experience of using Salesforce system
Professional qualification (CFA FIA / FFA qualified or equivalent)
