Responsibilities
Provide on‑site vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and checks.
Deliver friendly, customer‑focused service, representing the RAC with pride.
Manage stock, produce reports and maintain clear communication with customers.
Think quickly to make the right decisions for each customer and situation.
Requirements
Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with a range of light vehicles.
A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000.
Guaranteed overtime option to increase base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
40‑hour week (8:30 am‑5 pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays) providing work‑life balance.
Full uniform, essential tools, diagnostic kit and your own RAC van with fuel card supplied.
Earn up to £3,000 per extra day of guaranteed overtime monthly.
