Role and Responsibilities This is a hands-on, insight-led analytics position with direct impact across marketing, commercial strategy, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to answer high-impact questions like:
Why are sales falling in this product category?
How can we optimise logistics and reduce costs?
What’s the ideal product portfolio for long-term growth?
This role suits someone who can
think like a consultant, solve like a data analyst, and influence like a commercial lead . You’ll be working across UK, US, and Canadian markets—giving global reach with a local mindset.
Your Responsibilities
Own deep-dive analysis across commercial, product, and marketing teams
Translate complex data into clear, action-focused recommendations
Track campaign performance and drive marketing efficiency
Use SQL and dashboarding tools (Power BI or Tableau) to visualise findings
Partner with stakeholders to shape project roadmaps and define key business questions
Bonus if you can bring light Python skills—but not essential
Your Skills and Experience
3+ years in an analytics role, ideally in marketing or commercial performance
Strong SQL and dashboarding experience (Power BI / Tableau)
Stakeholder confidence—you can challenge and collaborate with senior leaders
A proactive mindset with a commercial lens
Consulting background or wide business exposure is a plus
