As part of our Talent & Learning leadership team, you’ll set the vision for extraordinary colleague experiences – digital, in‑person, and blended. You’ll lead a hybrid team of internal experts and external creative partners, champion agile ways of working, and own the content strategy for our learning platforms. From frameworks and standards to bold innovation, you’ll ensure every initiative is on‑brand, inclusive, and performance‑driven.

Your role will involve These skills are essential
Proven senior-level expertise in learning design, talent development, or L&D leadership, with the ability to embed frameworks like 5Di in complex organisations.
Hands‑on experience with digital learning tools and authoring platforms (e.g. Evolve, Rise Articulate, LMS/LXP platforms) ensuring every solution is accessible, inclusive, and on‑brand.
Strong project management skills, including prioritising workstacks, coordinating resources, and leading agile, cross‑functional teams.
Exceptional stakeholder and supplier management, delivering high-quality outputs through collaboration with internal leaders and external creative partners.
Inspirational leadership, building high-performing teams and enabling others through design resources, frameworks, and creative support.
