We are looking for a  Physical Therapist Assistant to join our staff at Fargo Elim Health Care Center , a senior care community in Fargo, ND! We offer a competitive wage. Position Type:  On-Call Wage Range: $28 - $38 / hour depending on experience Fargo Elim   Address: 3534 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58104 Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies. Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition. Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care. Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications: Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree. Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
