The Role We are looking for a
Sales Director – UK
to lead the commercial development of
TACLE
across the UK market, in coordination with Skillscaper’s Chief Sales Officer.
This is a senior, hands‑on commercial role for someone who can
open doors, structure deals, and close contracts , particularly with:
training providers and language schools
enterprises and corporate HR / L&D teams
institutions and organisations involved in skills assessment
The Sales Director will play a key role in establishing TACLE as a reference assessment tool in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities for TACLE in the UK
Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline from first contact to contract signature
Present and position TACLE to decision‑makers (HR, L&D, training directors, institutions)
Structure commercial proposals and negotiate contracts in coordination with Skillscaper’s leadership
Support strategic partnerships with training organisations and distributors
Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and pricing discussions for the UK market
Compensation Structure

commission on all contracts
originated and closed directly
by you
Up to
5%
commission on contracts where you provide active support to closing
This role is commission-based and designed for senior profiles confident in their ability to generate and close business.
Who You Are
Senior sales professional or commercial leader based in the UK
Strong experience selling
B2B services, SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or assessment solutions
Comfortable engaging with decision‑makers and negotiating high‑value contracts
Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and results‑driven
Strong understanding of the UK training, education, or corporate skills market is a plus
Experience in language assessment, training, or certification is an advantage
