About the role
Likewize is seeking experienced Technicians to repair the country’s damaged smartphones and tablets.
Likewize Repair is the only Samsung and Apple approved UK mobile smartphone and tablet repairer, fully stocked with approved and genuine parts and equipped with mobile workshops.
Primary Responsibilities
Travel to different customers within your region to repair mobile phones and tablets (fully equipped workshop van provided).
Provide excellent customer service.
Carry out fault finding.
Perform quality control checks using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software.
Respect the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection and information security policies and procedures.
Role Requirements
Live in the area you will be recruited for.
Hold a full clean driving licence.
Outstanding communication skills.
A passion for technology and customer service.
Desirable experience repairing technology items.
