We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about content creation, who enthusiastically embraces variety because working at a web3 company means everyday is packed full of change. You will be a master storyteller who possesses an ability to think both creatively and analytically. Your duties will include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to formulate content strategies, and you will lead the content team. You will love coming up with new story ideas and you will actively embrace finding new creative and exciting ways of building our online presence. As well as being super creative, you will use analytics in the formulation of a content strategy as you will be continually expected to improve our content (multimedia articles, blog posts, images videos) performance. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:
Manage content across all platforms including: website, community, email and social media. Work with the content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, and distribute the best content. Develop a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms. Write the most powerful brand content. Manage the content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. Develop, formulate and update cross-platform content strategies. Run ongoing team brainstorms to continually develop new ideas. Brainstorm new content ideas alongside the larger creative and marketing teams. Significantly increase our following on social media. Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members. Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels. Provide proofreading and editing submissions according to brand guidelines. Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience. Review analytics and search performance reports to assess the success of content marketing initiatives. Assist with outreach and amplification initiatives to improve the website’s search engine ranking scores. Perform regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience. Creating and maintaining a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field. 4+ years agency/web3 experience or experience in a similar role. Proven Managerial Skills and experience. Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Editing Skills. Highly computer literate… some knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS. A real creative edge. Proficiency with popular content management systems. Experience with social media management. Creativity and the ability to develop original content. Ability to develop content that provokes engagement. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to be a team player. About MachineFi and Our Culture:
