London/Fully Remote – Lead the Collections team for a successful UK lender. This role offers progression opportunities and exposure to senior stakeholders. Base Pay Range
Up to £100,000 base salary (plus discretionary bonus, pension, 25 days holiday). Responsibilities
Champion fair outcomes for vulnerable customers through robust forbearance and support frameworks. Use data and insight to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Leverage technology, automation, and smarter ways of working to improve efficiency and customer experience. Ensure collections processes meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, proactively managing risk. Partner with senior leadership to reduce delinquency, minimise losses, and maximise recoveries. Your Skills and Experience
Essential to have a background in consumer lending, leading a collections and recoveries function. A background in data and leading data teams to drive insight into collections outcomes. Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple teams. How to Apply
