About the job In the Machine Learning as a Service lab, we design, build, and operate the bank's Machine Learning, Data Science, and Analytics platforms. Our work includes software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, and tooling. Practice scrum in a small engineering team within our Lab. Build scalable software using Python. Automate software and infrastructure delivery with technologies like Terraform, Python, Jenkins, Harness, and Cloud Build. Build and improve an ML cloud platform on GCP. Gain exposure to native Google tooling including GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Build, and more. Build, test, and deploy customised Workbench Instances. Support Data Science teams to productionise their models on GCP. Innovate by discovering new tools, methods, and approaches. Use your knowledge and experience to help shape our overarching strategy. Coach other engineers and steer the design of our software. What We’re Looking For
We value diverse skills and backgrounds. If you have a strong technical background, we’d like to hear from you. Technical knowledge of DevOps tooling, including continuous integration tooling pipelines and containerisation. Solid knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform with experience in integrating and deploying Vertex AI components. Experience with GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build and Harness. Demonstrable knowledge of Terraform and Python. Ability to build strong relationships and solve real-world problems with technology. What We Offer
