Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location
Preston, PR1, Mobile across North West Region Hours
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week 08:00 - 17:00. Responsibilities
Delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations at client sites across the North West. Work as part of a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. Develop good working relationships with client, customers and colleagues with professional interaction as a key requirement. Skills & Experience / Qualifications
Level 3 qualification electrical engineering or similar recognised qualification 18th Edition Knowledge of Building Services – BMS, Fire Alarm preferable Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU’s Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system Experience working within the FM industry Benefits
