Job Description About the job NETbuilder is a leading provider of digital solutions, software, consulting, and managed services. We are looking for motivated and ambitious Senior Business Analysts with at least 5* years of professional experience* to join NETbuilder and working with one of our clients, a leading telecommunications company.
As a Senior BA, you'll play a critical role in shaping business solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes, and driving delivery across high-profile initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders at all levels, align business goals with technology strategy, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
What you'll do:
Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of complex business and functional requirements
Partner with senior stakeholders to define solutions and influence decision-making
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management and sprint planning
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process design activities
Contribute to the design and optimisation of enterprise systems (CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
Requirements What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (consulting or industry), ideally in large-scale, complex environments
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Solid experience in Agile delivery and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, strategic thinker with a solutions-focused mindset
Benefits Salary and benefits:
Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000
22 days' holiday + bank holidays (with an extra day each year of service)
