Territory: Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich, Peterborough and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Field sales visits into convenience retailers on your territory promoting the Diageo spirits portfolio.
Educate retailers on increasing alcohol sales through a blended method of face‑to‑face and digital interaction, providing informed recommendations.
Activate products in customers’ stores using point‑of‑sale.
Negotiate additional shelf space for drinks and displays to increase visibility of Diageo’s portfolio.
Report insights and information gained during calls.
Build strong business relationships across convenience retailers using people skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory UK drivers licence.
Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Motivation to own your own territory and consistently achieve targets.
Experience or willingness to learn sales in the beverage or retail sector.

Salary: £27,500 + up to £3,000 bonus.
