Mobile Team Leader

Perform various mobile security tasks such as locks / unlocks internal and external patrols alarm responses vacant property inspections and escort services
Maintain a professional polite and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients their staff and Securitas colleagues
Assist the control room (Mobile Dispatch) with adhoc requests ensuring smooth distribution and collation of information for current and upcoming shifts
Adhere to key management processes assignment instructions and escalation procedures in case of incidents or emergencies
Assist neighbouring branches and participate in investigations or other tasks as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager

Qualifications What were looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world someone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally you’ll have:
A valid SIA licence
Full driving licence
Flexibility to work days and weekends
The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
Great computer skills
Great time keeping skills
Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
