Location:

Leading Retail Client now requires a Senior Business Analyst to support a major automated deployment programme.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating workshops, capturing and validating Change Requests (CRs), and delivering clear process improvements.
The ideal Business Analyst will have the following skills/experience:
Strong facilitation skills – able to guide discussions and draw out input from diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in end-to-end requirements mapping for high-volume, critical CRs.
Hands‑on process mapping expertise with tools like Visio.
Excellent stakeholder management – confident engaging senior leaders and building consensus.
Strong analytical thinking – quickly identify process gaps and capture nuances.
Exceptional documentation and communication skills – producing material suitable for sign‑off.
Experience managing end-to-end change control processes and facilitating collaborative workshops, ideally within large-scale capex programmes.
Location:
Daventry – occasional travel for workshops. Must be able to drive.
