The Opportunity We’re growing fast. To continue that momentum, we’re hiring a
Sales Account Manager
to expand and deepen our enterprise client base.
This role is ideal for someone who has sold
consulting, data services, or digital transformation solutions
and loves building meaningful relationships with senior data stakeholders.
It’s a balanced mix,
70% new business
and
30% account growth . You’ll lead full sales cycles across our solutions and have support from a strong SDR function, but you’ll also be expected to bring your own drive, networks, and creativity.

What You’ll Do
Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline (enterprise‑level focus)
Sell Rockborne’s full portfolio:
Embedded data consultants
Training & capability uplift programmes
Data strategy & delivery consulting
Lead meetings with senior stakeholders in data & technology
Partner closely with SDRs, operations, coaching, and leadership teams
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
Represent Rockborne externally: events, networking, and industry forums
Keep current with market shifts in Data, AI & Analytics
What We’re Looking For You don’t need to have worked in data — but you must have sold
consulting or services where data/tech stakeholders were key decision‑makers .
Proven success driving revenue in a
services‑led
sales environment
Experience winning or scaling enterprise accounts
Comfortable owning a strategic, consultative sales process
Skilled in building trust with C‑level and data leadership
Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable in a growth environment
A curiosity for the Data & AI space — we believe that expertise can be built here
Essentially, if you’ve sold into: Data leaders (CDO, Head of Data, Data Engineering, BI), Tech leadership (CTO, CIO) or Digital transformation teams then we’d love to hear from you.
