This role is hands-on, commercial, and ideal for someone with strong payments knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close mid-market and enterprise merchants.
Manage full sales cycles including discovery, solution design, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Deliver tailored payment gateway value propositions aligned to enterprise needs.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key merchant stakeholders.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across PayFuture’s products and markets.
Support partnerships with acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, and e‑commerce platforms.
Represent PayFuture at industry events to build pipeline and expand brand presence.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
Provide market and merchant insights to influence product and commercial strategy.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and deliver regular performance and forecast updates to sales leadership.
Requirements
5+ years in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, PSPs, or acquiring.
Proven ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, cross‑border payments, and APMs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Existing merchant or partner network.
