Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 depending on experience plus a strong benefits package.
Responsibilities
Process sales orders through the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Match sales orders with customer details and attach all relevant documents.
Block orders that do not meet required information and check purchase prices.
Keep customers updated on ETA and conduct final checks to avoid errors.
Invoice orders and assist with reporting.
Assist internal teams with queries, chase parties and escalating issues to the line manager.
Process new and renewal contracts, highlighting any processing errors.
Ensure required information is provided for contracts, block those that are incomplete, and confirm purchase prices.
Invoice contracts and chase relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
Limited commercial experience acceptable; strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
