Junior Sales Operations Analyst (8-Month FTC – Maternity Cover) Are you a detail-driven sales professional who enjoys turning data into insights and helping teams perform at their best? Ready to work with a well-known, luxury brand? If so, this could be a brilliant next step for you! We’re working with a well-established global food and flavour brand, known for its premium natural products and long-standing commitment to quality and sustainability. The business is expanding its international footprint across Europe and looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to support the team during an exciting phase of growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s commercially minded, confident with data, and enjoys improving how things work behind the scenes. The Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping the sales function running smoothly, providing the data, insight, and organisation that help the commercial team make great decisions and deliver results. Day‑to‑day, you’ll: Track and report on sales performance and KPIs. Manage product and customer data, ensuring everything’s accurate and up to date. Support forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis. Create insight reports and presentations using tools like Excel, Nielsen, or IRI. Help with customer communications, from pricing and product samples to promotions. Build prospect lists and support new business outreach. Coordinate trade show logistics and support wider commercial projects. You’ll report to the International Sales Director and work closely with teams across Europe. The role is home‑based (UK) with occasional travel. What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial support, or data analysis, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods. Strong Excel and data management skills, with experience using sales or CRM systems. Comfortable working with syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) and retailer portals. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset. A team player who’s hands‑on, organised, and happy to “roll up their sleeves.” Why You’ll Love It
You’ll be joining a global brand with a strong family ethos, a collaborative culture, and a genuine focus on people. The business takes pride in doing things the right way, from sourcing sustainably to supporting communities, and you’ll be part of a team that values openness, respect, and integrity. If you’re looking for a role where you can combine your analytical skills with commercial impact, and help a growing international brand succeed, this could be the perfect fit. Interested?
