Creative Video Content Producer- Web3 (Relocation to Dubai) Meta Earth (https://linktr.ee/Meta_Earth) is building a modular, high-performance, infinitely scalable multi-dimensional fusion value network — the ME Network — designed to meet the high-concurrency, big data needs of traditional industries. With ME ID & ME Pass, an encrypted DID system for privacy protection, and a co-governance structure that supports equality, UBI, and sustainability, Meta Earth is dedicated to enhancing human well-being and ecological harmony.
About the Role Meta Earth is seeking a charismatic and strategic
Creative Content Manager

Global UBI (Unconditional Basic Income) Initiative .
This is a hybrid leadership and creative role. You will not only be the primary on‑camera spokesperson for our studio productions and global events (e.g., Token2049) but also the Project Lead for our humanitarian UBI campaigns across developing nations. You will build and manage a specialized international team to execute these campaigns, driving real‑world adoption of our economic philosophy.
We are looking for a storyteller who can navigate high‑level Web3 conferences as easily as they can navigate field missions in emerging economies.
Global UBI Initiative Leadership (Project Management)
Strategic Coordination:
Act as the central hub for the UBI Initiative, coordinating with Brand, Social Media, BD, and Node communities to ensure seamless execution from launch to final reporting.
Field Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of humanitarian aid stations in target countries (e.g., Philippines, Ethiopia, Nigeria, etc.).
Team Management:
Recruit, build, and lead a content squad dedicated to the UBI initiative.
Documentation & Assets:
Oversee the creation of essential program materials, including training manuals for “Hope Ambassador,” cooperation proposals for local governments, and high‑level outputs like the Global UBI Poverty Reduction Whitepaper.

On‑Camera Hosting & Spokesperson Duties
The “Face” of Meta Earth:
Appear confidently in official videos to articulate Meta Earth’s vision, modular technology, and tokenomics to a global audience.
Studio Productions:
Host regular news updates, educational series, and interviews with Web3 leaders and founders.
Executive Support:
Assist C‑level executives (e.g., CTO) with on‑camera coaching and co‑hosting duties for major announcements.
Event Coverage:
Travel to major crypto conferences (e.g., Token2049) to conduct on‑site reporting, street interviews, and networking content.
Documentary Directing:
Serve as the Director/Producer for the UBI documentary series. You will draft scripts, direct on‑site camera crews, and supervise post‑production (working with our dedicated video editors) to ensure the narrative is compelling and emotional.
Viral Content Planning:
Conceptualise short‑form video strategies (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) that highlight both the “high‑tech” side of our chain and the “high‑touch” side of our charity work.
Editor Guidance & Creative Direction:
Although you will not be responsible for editing videos yourself, you must be able to
guide, brief, and give clear instructions to video editors . This role requires
strong video editing knowledge and visual storytelling skills , including pacing, transitions, framing, text animation, and sound design, to effectively direct the team and maintain quality standards.
Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must have a
video‑focused portfolio
demonstrating hands‑on editing experience or advanced video production skills, proving their ability to
evaluate, guide, and elevate
editorial output.
Narrative Control:
Ensure all content, from studio explainers to field documentaries, aligns with the brand voice and effectively tells the story of “Technology for Social Good.”
On‑Camera Excellence:
Native‑level English proficiency with a professional yet approachable on‑camera presence. Experience in broadcasting, vlogging, or hosting is essential.
Leadership Experience:
Proven ability to manage projects and lead small teams. You must be able to delegate tasks and coordinate across different departments.
Storytelling & Directing:
Strong scriptwriting skills and the ability to visualize a story. You know how to direct a cameraperson to get the perfect shot and how to guide an editor to build the right pacing.
Cross‑Cultural Adaptability:
Willingness to travel to developing countries and ability to operate respectfully and effectively in diverse cultural environments.
Crisis Management:
Ability to think on your feet during live events or field missions where conditions may be unpredictable.
Basic Adobe Photoshop and fundamental graphic design skills. Experience in video recording, camera operation, and professional lighting setup.
Background in Journalism, NGO/Humanitarian Communications, or Media Production.
Knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto concepts.
Fluency in a second language relevant to our target regions (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.
The opportunity to lead a project with tangible social impact while working at the cutting edge of Web3 technology.
Global travel opportunities for both high‑end industry conferences and meaningful humanitarian missions.
Exposure to top‑tier industry leaders and a platform to build your personal brand as a thought leader.
