Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to work for a well‑established organisation based within Wetherby. Our client has been serving the global hospitality and contract market for a decade and is a leader in the manufacture and supply of luxury outdoor furniture. Known for attention to detail and commitment to quality, their furniture is designed, specified, manufactured for longevity, and easy to maintain.
This is an interesting and varied customer‑centric role, working with the Project Manager, assisting with quotations, and blended with other customer service functions, including liaising with customers regarding shipping of orders, managing and sending samples and quotations, and liaising directly with an array of global business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Processing sales orders
Check and acknowledge customer orders
Responding to client enquiries
Assisting the Project Manager with goods being exported
Liaising with carriers regarding customs clearance for goods
Raise order confirmation to client
Sending out samples
Liaising with business locations worldwide
Updating and advising the client/representatives with scheduled deliveries to site and installation dates
Experience and Qualifications
Worked within a similar administration support role
Excellent customer service skills within a B2B environment
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
5 days a week in the office
