We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part‑time contract role is designed for individuals with a deep appreciation for the mechanics and art of the English language. You will focus on elevating the quality of AI‑generated text by ensuring it is grammatically flawless, stylistically consistent, and pleasant to read. Key Responsibilities
Analyze AI responses for syntactic complexity, sentence variety, and natural flow, correcting instances of repetitive or robotic phrasing. Rewrite and polish content across various formats—from casual dialogue to formal business reports—to demonstrate superior English usage. Evaluate the model’s adherence to standard English conventions (spelling, punctuation, capitalization) as well as specific style guides. Create high‑quality, original writing samples to teach the AI how to handle nuance, idiom, and cultural context effectively. Classify errors by type (e.g., awkward phrasing, tense disagreement, run‑on sentences) to help developers target specific linguistic weaknesses. Qualifications
Strong professional background in English writing, editing, communications, or linguistics. Expert command of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary; you should be able to explain why a sentence sounds wrong. Experience adhering to and applying strict editorial guidelines or style manuals (e.g., AP, Chicago, or internal company guides). Ability to write in multiple tones and voices, adapting your style to match specific project requirements. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects. Compensation and Benefits
Rate:
Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise). Flexibility:
