A scaling energy fintech is hiring a
Social Media Editor
to translate fast‑moving energy and trading news into clear, engaging, social‑first content. This role sits at the intersection of markets, media, and real‑time storytelling.
Responsibilities
Edit and publish timely content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Package breaking news and market insights into compelling social posts
Maintain high editorial and accuracy standards for market‑sensitive information
Collaborate with analysts and editorial teams on rapid‑turnaround content
Monitor trends across energy, commodities, and global markets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
3 years experience in social media editing, digital news, or a newsroom environment
Strong editing, headline‑writing, and copy skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
This is a 5 days/week onsite position based in London.
