That training data begins with you—your professional insights will help power the next generation of AI. Responsibilities
Collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats. Analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, annotate design errors, and assess typography and color usage. Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines. Qualifications
Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development. Fluency with industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX work is valuable; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus. Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are also beneficial. Clear communication, strong creative judgment, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Compensation
Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the above range. As a contractor, you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply. Employment type
