We are seeking a *reliable, experienced, and multi-skilled Gas Engineer* to join our growing team on a full-time basis. While gas work will be the core of your role, we are actively expanding our gas division, so the ideal candidate must also be confident carrying out a wide range of *property maintenance tasks* when required.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can represent the business professionally on site every day.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Carry out servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and installations on domestic gas appliances and central heating systems
* Support general maintenance and repair work across domestic and/or commercial properties while the gas department grows
* Undertake additional tasks including *plumbing, basic electrics, carpentry, plastering, decorating, and general building*
* Assist with refurbishments, minor works, and property upgrades when needed
* Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality, compliant work
* Maintain accurate records, certification, and job reports
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1 + relevant elements)* – essential
* Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, repairs, or installation
* Background in *multi-skilled property maintenance*
* Experience in either *plumbing, electrical work, plastering, or general refurbishments*
* A professional, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence (required), no more than 6 points
