Overview As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at MHR, you’ll take the lead in creating and optimising sales playbooks, training programmes and enablement strategies that empower our sales teams to perform at their best. Leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Seismic and Clari, you’ll design structured, metric-driven enablement initiatives tailored to vertical market needs.
Team You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to ensure all enablement activities align with our go-to‑market strategy and product updates. Acting as the bridge between teams, you’ll manage and deliver centralised enablement assets, battle cards, case studies, competitive intelligence, training content and lead structured onboarding and launch programmes that set every sales hire and team member up for success.
Impact Your expertise will directly improve sales ramp‑up, productivity and win rates across the business. By embedding consistent processes, sharpening messaging and objection handling and ensuring our teams are launch‑ready for new products and features, you’ll drive measurable improvements in sales effectiveness and GTM execution, enabling MHR to deliver more value to customers and accelerate commercial growth.
