As a
Sales Development Representative
(SDR) at OneStock, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic growth across France. Your primary focus is identifying high‑potential business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and building strong, long‑term commercial relationships. Your Main Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to retail brands across France using email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant insights. Build and manage your pipeline. Understand local market dynamics and adapt your messaging accordingly. Work with Account Executives on territory plans and strategic targeting. Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and challenges. Qualify leads based on fit for OneStock’s solutions. Clearly communicate our values in French and English. Design engaging, personalized outreach campaigns. Test different formats, messages, and touchpoints to improve engagement. Use storytelling and trends to spark interest. Book qualified meetings and hand them over smoothly to Account Executives. Participate in sales team meetings and share market learnings. Align closely with marketing on campaigns and events. Keep CRM data clean and up‑to‑date. Track key metrics such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates. Follow best practices to stay organized and efficient. Profile
Business school degree (Bac+5). Fluency in French and English. 3 years of experience in sales or RetailTech. Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and ability to quickly grasp product value. Resilience and focus in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Highly motivated by targets and thrives in a performance‑driven environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc. What We Offer
