Location:  Chicoutimi, QC

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm/ 40 hours per week 

Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns received by phone or email.
  • Efficiently process quotations to be developed and orders to be processed.
  • Offer technical assistance to help with product selection (excluding systems and engineering projects).
  • Offer customers the use of stock items.
  • Match competitor part numbers to appropriate Wainbee products.
  • Manage the processing of returned items.
  • Work in conjunction with outside sales representatives to develop and support company marketing programs.

    • To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements 

  • Degree or Certification in a technical/mechanical field or a combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in hydraulics and/or pneumatics. 
  • 3+ years experience in technical inside sales.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with a corporate ERP system would be considered an asset. 
  • Able to lift loads of 30 lbs.
