Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
Building and maintaining lasting relationships through every step of the sales process
Selling the appropriate sales package, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and honour promises
Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience
