We’re on a mission to
reimagine the way people give and experience cards , and we’re looking for a
Senior Brand & Content Designer
to help shape the next chapter of our brand.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior creative to lead visual direction, drive content strategy, and guide our Social Media Executive — ensuring everything we create is beautifully on-brand, memorable, and true to the Lumibop spirit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the creative direction across all marketing channels and campaigns
Design high-quality marketing emails, web banners, homepage sliders, and blog visuals
Create scroll-stopping graphics and content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta)
Design high-performing advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok
Own content curation, ensuring visual storytelling and brand cohesion across platforms
Collaborate closely with the product team to support concept visuals and product launches
Guide our Social Media Executive, providing mentorship and creative oversight
Brainstorm and lead seasonal campaigns, launches, giveaways, and storytelling projects
Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines as the brand grows
About You
4-5 years of experience in a start-up, FMCG / Retail or agency environment
Strong background in multi-channel campaign design, brand identity, and content strategy
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Excellent eye for typography, layout, art direction, and storytelling
Confident in guiding junior creatives and shaping brand vision
Bonus: Illustration, motion graphics, stop-motion, or light video editing
A proactive, ideas-driven designer who thrives on creativity and impact
