Systems Administrator Do you enjoy keeping complex platforms running smoothly and making processes better?
At Dogs Trust, we’re looking for a Systems Administrator to support our busy, multi‑team platform and connected systems, ensure everything runs securely and efficiently, and deliver small but impactful improvements every day. What does this role do?
Administer Salesforce and connected platforms, managing users, permissions, flows, and system configurations.
Triage and resolve incidents and service requests, maintaining platform health and housekeeping. Support releases, DevOps, and integrations, ensuring safe and compliant deployments.
Monitor data quality, security, and compliance, including GDPR and access controls.
Drive continuous improvement through documentation, process updates, and user enablement.
Could this be you? We’re looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with experience in users, permissions, Flows, page layouts, and record types, ideally in multi‑environment setups. You’ll be a practical problem‑solver with a good understanding of GDPR and access controls, clear communication, strong documentation habits, and a collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn tools like Gearset, GitHub, and ITSM platforms.
Interviews for this position will take place w/c 12th January 2026.
