The Role We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic sales efforts within our most impactful UKI market. As a top‑tier sales professional you will engage key enterprise accounts, foster strategic partnerships and close high‑value Spend and Travel deals.
What you will be doing
Acquire new UK & Ireland enterprise clients for Spend and Travel modules, targeting accounts with up to £10M annual travel spend.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Generate pipeline by proactively prospecting and networking for new business opportunities.
Manage a book of business, leveraging existing networks to drive self‑generated opportunities.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑suite, VPs, Directors) to position our solution as a critical business asset.
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that align with complex enterprise structures.
Lead high‑impact presentations and product demos to articulate our value proposition.
Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from outreach to closing and post‑sale expansion.
Collaborate with Sales, Bids, Implementation, Account Management, Deal Desk and Marketing to maximize enterprise sales impact.
Use data‑driven forecasting to drive revenue projections and meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership.
Implement best practices in enterprise sales and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
Report regularly on sales performance metrics and pipeline health to UKI leadership.
Qualifications
Exceptional English fluency (native or near native) with strong communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
5+ years of B2B experience, heavily focused on new business development and full sales cycle management.
Spend/Finance/SAAS B2B sales experience preferred.
Customer‑focused, results‑driven with ownership and accountability.
Trusted advisor capable of consulting to UKI teams and customers.
Strong understanding of organisational technical infrastructure & SaaS.
Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Open to coaching, adaptable and quick to learn.
Experienced in adapting to new products and communicating value to stakeholders.
Driven, ambitious, ethical with sound approach.
Data‑driven; values insights over opinions.
Spend industry experience preferred; expense management experience desirable.

How We Work We take an IRL‑first approach to work, meeting in person three days a week. The role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs, though we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world.
