You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork Key Skills:
Have good technical skills or be a practical thinker with a strong sales focus Highly efficient and able to make calculated decisions Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Energetic, enthusiastic with an enquiring technical mind Accurate, consistent and diligent approach to duties Ability to learn fast and support the customer Passionate about providing first class customer service and a willingness to learn about Commercial Audio Solutions An interest in Technical Audio Electronics and / or Music Production Ability to work in a busy environment and have a ‘can Do’ attitude Be flexible, punctual and prepared to help out the rest of the organisation in a willing and positive manner Membership of ISCVE an advantage Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service To be the first-line customer interface, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail; Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat; Audio system design support and product application assistance; Assist customers and integrators with Network & IT support relating to AV Systems; Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork; To attend any necessary training courses in line with company requirements and personal development; Maintain a good standard of organisation, general office duties, paperwork and administration; We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong technical ability along with the drive to learn and develop their product knowledge Hours:
The role requires fixed working hours, Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30min lunch break. This is a 40hrs / week, full-time position. Salary is negotiable, based on candidate skills and experience. Employees will be enrolled in the Company pension scheme after successful completion of a probationary period.
