As Product Analyst you will be part of a collaborative Data Science team that works at the heart of the companys strategy. Your mission : understand how users behave identify what drives engagement and turn numbers into narratives that power product innovation and commercial success.
Role & Responsibilities :
Analyse user behaviour and key metrics across the app to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Build maintain and evolve dashboards and reports to track KPIs and enable self-service analytics across the organisation.
Partner with Product Managers Engineers UX and Marketing teams to provide analytical input across the full product lifecycle from ideation to experimentation.
Design and run A / B tests interpreting results to guide product strategy and feature development.
Create data models and views to support multiple business needs in collaboration with data engineers.
Train and support business users in using BI tools effectively to drive better decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Experience working in digital businesses with on app experience
Strong SQL skills with experience optimising queries for performance scalability and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills able to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience creating and managing BI dashboards and data models.
Highly organised able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Looker or ThoughtSpot.
Familiarity with Redshift or BigQuery.
Experience designing and interpreting A / B or multivariate experiments.
