Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions within a fast-paced, time- and budget-constrained transformation program. This role is central to enabling actionable insights across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Travel & Expense domains, integrating SAP Datasphere and SAC with Azure Fabric and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery
Engage directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud.
Architect scalable and performant data models and semantic layers in SAP Datasphere.
Ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA modules (Finance, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) and Azure Fabric.
Define and implement data pipelines across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with functional leads, data owners, and technical teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on guidance in data ingestion, transformation, and governance within SAP Datasphere.
Optimize performance, ensure data security, and maintain compliance across analytics platforms.
Program Execution
Support project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to data architecture and analytics delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, especially across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Travel domains.
Hands-on experience with Azure Fabric, data lakes, and cloud-native integration patterns.
Expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and real-time data integration.
Demonstrated ability to engage with end users, gather requirements, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur data structures and reporting needs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience working in agile delivery environments with tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified in SAC and/or Datasphere.
Experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, or other BI tools.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Prior experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
