Base pay range Salary range - the expected base salary range for this position is between
GBP 46,400 and 69,600 (gross)
+ 100% OTE. Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.
While we aim to offer competitive compensation, initial offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with room to progress as you grow in the role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

The role At GoCardless, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are at the forefront of our growth. They identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities to build a high-quality sales pipeline. As the team continues to scale, we’re looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to help take us to the next level.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to lead our growing team in Leeds and help shape our northern hub.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach, develop, and empower your team to achieve excellence while embedding a culture of collaboration and accountability.
You will lead from the front, optimise performance, and play a key role in defining how we drive pipeline across UK&I.

You are passionate about hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing ambitious SDRs to reach their potential
You lead by example, creating an environment that celebrates learning, consistency, and achievement
You use data to drive performance, track productivity, share insights, and take action on key KPIs
You build a high-performance culture with strong team morale and accountability
You continuously refine messaging, prospecting strategies, and outreach tools (such as Salesforce, and Gong) to stay ahead of the market.
You empower your team to confidently communicate our vision and value proposition
You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive aligned pipeline growth
You contribute to the wider SDR leadership team and play a key role in scaling our SDR organisation.

You have proven experience managing SDRs or similar high-velocity sales teams, with a strong coaching mindset
You consistently deliver team KPIs and performance targets
You have worked in a fast-paced, target-driven sales or lead generation environment, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth scale-up
